A
starting 55 percent of all adults fall under the National
Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s parameters as
being overweight and obese. That means that many adults
are at increased risk to develop a myriad of serious health
conditions that have been linked to being overweight and
obese. Just a few of these conditions include; hypertension,
lipid disorders, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease,
stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea,
respiratory problems, and even certain cancers. It is
no wonder that weight has become much more than just a
social issue in many countries, but it has become one
of this nation’s major public health challenges.
Most
tests for obesity are based on more than just one’s
weight. Tests usually include some kind of information
on a person’s percentage of body fat, key measurements
such as a waist or arm circumference, and a Body Mass
Index (BMI). Weight, however, can be an initial indicator
of overall health, and it is much easier to access than
the body’s fat percentage or a BMI.

Noni
has an array of health boosting ingredients and is reported
by many to help the body function on higher level. Many
who suffer from obesity indicate that they experience extreme
fatigue doing day-to-day activities, or doing any kind of
exercise. However, in my survey 12, 199 people out of 15,000
who drank Noni reported an increase in energy. This increase
in energy alone may help those who suffer from being overweight
or obese to maintain a more active lifestyle that translates
into weight loss and better fitness.
Noni
may also help those with obesity by increasing levels of
the natural bio chemicals in the body that are associated
with weight loss. Whatever the explanation is for Noni’s
success in helping those with weight problems, my survey
showed that Noni drink did indeed help many lose weight.
In
my survey, of the 4,181 people who drank Noni to help with
their weight problems, 71 percent reported that they indeed
lost weight.
Amount
of Noni Usage; The average amount consumed by the 71 percent
who reported positive results was 2.5 ounces per day.
